Direct Hit Data began as a database to support direct marketing promotions created by Anderson Advertising for a manufacturer's foodservice business. Because of our background, Direct Hit Data understands the needs of marketing and sales teams – and the complexities involved with keeping them united.


Direct Hit Data's team of professionals has decades of experience in manufacturing, marketing, sales, IT, printing and customer service. Our mission is to design products and services to help manufacturers manage their distribution networks and improve marketing to their end-customers.


Today, Direct Hit Data offers an integrated suite of services and proprietary applications that collect, compile and deliver end-user data from many sources. This provides manufacturers the information necessary to make informed decisions that:


  • Focus the sales force
  • Improve customer communication
  • Increase the sales and marketing departments’ return on investment

In addition to these services and products, Direct Hit Data offers resources to supplement sales and marketing activities including 31,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space and an in-bound customer call center.


HISTORY


1991 - Direct Hit Data created by Anderson Advertising as a database for use in direct marketing promotions for a manufacturer’s foodservice clients


1996 – In-bound telephone customer service added to Direct Hit Data offering to support field sales and direct end-customer contacts


1997 – Customer fulfillment/warehousing added to Direct Hit Data offering with the addition of an 18,000 square-foot fulfillment center


2000 - Direct Hit Data is founded as a separate corporation in San Antonio, Texas


2001 – Direct Hit Data main offices relocated and fulfillment center expanded


2006 – Data center and fulfillment center consolidated into a single location
